Exchange and refund policy

– Refunding the products within (3) days only if the product is defective or does not meet the specifications in the invoice, and the customer bears the full shipping costs.

– Exchange the products within (3) days from the date of receiving the order, and the customer shall be responsible for any transfer cost to the company warehouse and shipping the new products.

– The product must be in its original condition with complete packaging and the product has not been used.

– The product is subject to examination by the concerned department to ensure that it complies with the packaging conditions and to verify the presence of all its parts, in order to issue acceptance or refuse to exchange or refund.

– The company has the right to reject the replacement or refund request if the policy conditions are not met.

– The transportation cost of our products for the purpose of replacement and return is the responsibility of the customer.

– The customer is not entitled to return or exchange special orders or products that were manufactured upon customer request.

– Refund process takes 7 – 14 business days after confirmation.

– In case of refunding any payments paid via a card (Visa or MasterCard), (2.75%) will be deducted from the amount refunded for the cost of the bank transactions.

– Products cannot be returned after 20 days from the date of receipt of first payment of approved quotations.

Delivery and shipping policy

– The delivery of products takes place during the working hours of the company, and the delivery time is determined based on the delivery schedule of orders.

– The price does not include delivery or installation unless it is mentioned with a specific cost for the delivery and installation services.

– The company is responsible for delivering orders within the city of Jeddah only. Delivery of goods within the limits of the ground floor only.

Delivery outside Jeddah:

– The company disclaims any responsibility for any delay that may occur by shipping carriers.

– The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the order after it’s delivered to the shipping company, the shipping company take full responsibility of the products.

– Upon delivery, the customer must sign the receipt after reviewing the shipment to ensure that there are no defects in the product/products and that the organization disclaims any responsibility for them after receipt.

– The customer must make sure that a responsible person is present when receiving the goods, and in the event that the responsible person is not available to receive the goods.

– The customer must make another appointment and be responsible of any extra charges by shipping carriers.

– The customer must receive the products at the time specified, and in the event of a delay in receiving the products, a fee of will be calculated after 15 days from the date of delivery by %0.5 of the invoice value per day.

– Shipping does not include unloading and installation if the goods are sent with private transport trucks.

– When delivering to villages and governorates, the products will be received by the customer from shipping carrier company location.

– Al-Nasser Store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect on the site or due to an error in the price or the product not being available in stock. The amount will be refunded to the customer on the card and the customer has no right to demand providing of the product.
