Exchange and return policy
– Return the products within (3) days or replace them within (7) days from the date the customer receives the order, and the customer bears the value of transporting the product to the company’s headquarters.
The product must be in its original condition with complete packaging and the product has not been used.
– The product is subject to examination by the competent department to ensure that it conforms to the packaging conditions and to verify the presence of all its supplies, in order to issue acceptance or rejection for exchange or return.
The company has the right to reject the request for replacement or refund in the event that the policy conditions are not met
– Transportation of goods for the purpose of replacement and retrieval is the responsibility of the customer.
– The customer is not entitled to return or exchange special orders or products that were manufactured at his request.
– In the event that any amounts are returned to the customer, they are transferred to the account from which the transfer was made, within a maximum period of 15 days.

Products and shipping policy
– Delivery of products takes place during the company’s working hours, and the delivery time is determined based on the delivery times of orders.
The company is responsible for delivering orders within the city of Jeddah only.
Delivery of goods within the ground floor limits only.

Delivery outside Jeddah:
The company disclaims any responsibility for any delay that may occur by shipping companies.
The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the order after it is delivered to the shipping company, and the shipping company bears full responsibility for the goods.
– The customer must make sure that there is a responsible person when receiving the products, and in the absence of the responsible person for receiving, the customer must set another appointment and bear the shipping cost again.
In the event that the delivery representative does not respond, the customer is responsible for scheduling shipment for another date and any additional costs.
– The customer must receive the goods at the time specified by the company, and in the event of a delay in receiving his goods, the floor fees are calculated 15 days after the date of delivery at the rate of 0.5% of the invoice value per day.
