maintenance request:-
– To raise a maintenance request, please contact us via WhatsApp on the number designated for maintenance +966555322072
– You can click on the link to quickly be directed to a conversation with the maintenance department.
– The maintenance department must be provided with the following (a copy of the purchase invoice – a video recording of the product and the type of defect).
– The maintenance department’s working hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday.
Detection and repair:-
– All equipment is maintained at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah to detect defects and submit a product maintenance report to the client within 3 days of receiving the product.
– Repair period is a maximum of 15 days from the date of the maintenance request (not including the time required to provide the required spare parts).
– Providing rare spare parts within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the part.
